So many things. I thoroughly enjoyed the lobby and the bar. I also relaxed in the indoor pool and am so grateful for that area. This was the most fancy hotel I have ever got. It made me feel like I was rich. For two days I was living the dream. What pops out to me the most? The colors. All of those bright colors and patterns and the luxury design of the lobby. Huge shout out to the cleaning staff. They went above and beyond. I came back to the room after the Anime Fest to find my bed not only made, but they also folded my PJs and kept them on top of the bed. I stopped in shock and just stared for a minute. That was so incredible of them to do that. Thank you. I really felt that in my heart. That was so kind and thoughtful. Also, the bartender was very attentive, got my drinks to me quickly, and was a huge help when I was trying to pick what drink I wanted. I think only a Vegas trip could top the quality of this hotel. When I think of McAllen, I will be thinking of the Aloft. And I will now be looking for more of these hotels when I travel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly both nights. The hotel's [location/facilities] were also a big plus, with plenty of [restaurants/shops] within walking distance. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Aloft McAllen to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

My hotel stay at Aloft McAllen was great! The design and feel of the hotel is modern and luxe for a great price. Staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, steamer, hairdryer, tv and coffee. It had a nice table area for my work laptop. The complimentary breakfast tacos were delicious too. We also enjoyed our dip in the splash pool.
